On June 9, the College of Natural Resources and Environment hosted alumni and current and retired faculty and staff at the 30-year Celebration Dinner. Held at the Inn at Virginia Tech as part of the Alumni Weekend, guests had the chance to catch up with classmates, connect with professors, reflect on our history, and learn about the future of the college. Highlights included comments from Dean Paul Winistorfer, college trivia, signature cocktails, and a wide variety of food options. More than fifty years of CNRE graduates were represented, from a forestry major from the Class of ’71 to recent graduates from the Class of ’23.
