The low-water crossing was contracted and constructed in 1998. Table 2 provides a detailed breakdown of the construction of this 70 ft bridge that crossed a waterway with an 8500 ac watershed. Tasks for the concrete bridge included 12 hours of permit data collection and write up; six hours of field visits to collect bids; 16 hours of culvert and form transport; and 80 hours for culvert installation. Finally 16 hours were spent pouring concrete.
