Interest Areas: Remote sensing of forest canopy structure and function using lidar and hyperspectral technology.  Integration of these data with micrometeorological measurements to model canopy-scale photosynthesis.  Evaluation of the impact of local heterogeneity on estimates of carbon exchange.
