Teaching Responsibilities

  • Develop youth forestry and wildlife programs throughout Virginia.
  • Assist 4-H Extension Agents with forestry-related projects and activities.
  • Coordinate the Virginia Big and Remarkable Tree Programs.

Selected Extension Activities

  • Coordinate a free seedling program for Virginia youth.
  • Teach a seminar class, "Indigenous Ecology", in conjunction with the American Indian Studies program at Virginia Tech.
